Our body also needs enough exercise especially in this day and age where many activities are also done while sitting.

I will also give you here options and advice for the individual things.


We all need something that activates our body and gets moving.


Stamina training is important and you can simply jump rope, ride a bike, swim, bufagong, or go jogging.

So that the cardiovascular system is properly stimulated so it must be intense but also not so intense that it is again associated with stress.

Simply walking (running) is not intense enough but a good addition or beginning.


Every day a small workout keeps the body in shape and strengthens our whole body so that our muscles can support everything well.

For larger fitness training is also enough every 2 - 3 days.


Of course, stretching is also important so that we can keep our flexibility.


Find a suitable sport that suits you and you also like so that you do something at least 2 times a week. You can also go hiking on the weekends and during the week just do one or two workouts.


The important thing is to get out of the comfort zone!

So we get again a completely different attitude to life.
