A smaller, more remote, nature-related place and the number of students is therefore more limited than usual. With two wonderful beaches and lots of hiking options.

Mindful walking, meditation, Qi Gong, 5 animal Qi Gong, Taijiquan, awareness and sensory training.

Of course, everyone can train more or less. Approx. 8 hours of training per weekday (Mon - Fri).
