Wudang Xuan Wu Pai Gong Fu - Train at the Beach

Every year we offer the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday in Tuscany and take part in training at the same time. We currently offer 2 hours of training per day. The training time can be extended upon request and request.

Each for himself and yet together;

These holidays serve the purpose of relaxation and everyone plans for themselves individually. However, there is still the opportunity to do something together. There is often a beach volleyball net on the beach, and some have bocce ball and games. Snorkeling and hiking are also possible nearby. Some go out to eat or cook together, while others prefer the silence to themselves. In the evenings there are meetings on the beach or in the bar, all free and independent. It is possible to organize for  joint activities, such as an excursion,  or even beforehand for accommodation and travel, but everyone has to organize this independently with each other.

Time: Morning 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and additions

          9:00 Gong Fu - Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguaquan, Taiyizhang

Training duration: We offer at least 2 hours of training per day, except on days with heavy rain. The training can be individually adapted for beginners. Each participant has the opportunity to take additional breaks after consulting with the teacher. We focus on each individual and we attach great importance to promoting health and well-being.

Overnight stay:  Campsites, hotel complex nearby.

Info weather: The training takes place outside. Temperature about 15 degrees at night and 30 degrees during the day.

Costs for training: 10 euros per hour (20 euros per morning training of 2 hours)
