Training Camp Switzerland

Wudang Xuan Wu Pai Gong Fu - Training Camp Overview

We will all:

study and train together, cook and eat, clean up and keep things in order, focus and respect, practice conscious action. We will stay overnight in the same place so that we are all on time and can practice self-discipline. The training will be hard and long, just like in China. Nevertheless, everyone will push themselves to their limits, but not beyond them, because everyone is responsible for their own well-being. It is desirable to discuss this with the teacher at any time. He will contribute to motivation and self-discipline, but you must also be open and ready yourself. The daily routine has a basic structure, but can occasionally be adjusted due to the weather or other influences.
