Wudang Xuan Wu Pai Gong Fu - Training Camp The second training camp in Tenerife will take place this year in Almaciga. A smaller, more remote, nature-related place and the number of students is therefore more limited than usual. With two wonderful beaches and lots of hiking options.

Wudang Xuan Wu Pai Gong Fu - Training Camp Overview
We will all be together;
Studying and training, drinking tea, cleaning and keeping things in order, focusing and respecting - all of this is part of our practice in conscious action.
The training can be demanding and long, similar to what happens in China. Each of us pushes himself to his limits, but without exceeding them. Everyone is responsible for his well-being and it is desirable to discuss this with the teacher at any time. Each participant can of course train more or less as he wishes. There will be at least 6 hours of training every weekday (Sunday to Thursday).
The teacher will support us with motivation and self-discipline, but it is equally important that we ourselves are open and ready.
